New COVID-19 Office Protocols

We kindly ask that you follow these steps for your next appointment:

1-Please avoid hot or cold drinks up to 30 minutes before your appointment, as it can influence body temperature reading.

2-Please avoid using the restroom if possible.

3-Patients should come unescorted unless too young or if they need assistance.  Only one parent/caregiver may accompany the patient.  Only patients will be permitted in the clinical area.  We ask that caregivers/family members remain in their car if possible.

4-Remain in your car until your scheduled appointment time.  We are trying to minimize the number of people in our building to maintain social distancing.

5-At your scheduled appointment time, please call our office to let us know you are here and you will be given further instructions.

6-Please arrive wearing a mask, sanitize your hands once entering and before leaving our office and keep 6 feet distance between you and other patients/staff members.

7-Your temperature will be taken using a touchless thermometer and a simple screening questionnaire is required to be completed by all patients.
